Pickup & Return (by renter): 1 day $100 • 2 days $150 • each extra day $100
Delivery: $1.00 per mile, round trip. 2-day minimum. Delivery & pickup billed separately.
Deposit: $100, refunded if equipment is returned on time, clean, complete, and undamaged.
One-day rentals must be picked up and returned by the renter; they are not eligible for delivery. Final charges and deposit are confirmed by Archa Glad Acres at pickup/delivery.
Renter Responsibilities
- Return equipment clean and ready at the agreed time.
- Remove all feathers, blood, tissue, and debris; drain standing water.
- Return all parts and add-ons.
- Use equipment safely, and only for poultry processing.
- Not lend, sub-rent, transfer, repair, disassemble, or modify the equipment.
- Provide proper setup: water, power, air, propane, and a safe work area.
- Be responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.
The $100 deposit is refunded if equipment is returned on time, clean, complete, and undamaged beyond normal use; it may otherwise be applied toward late return, extra cleaning, missing parts, or damage. If costs exceed the deposit, the renter agrees to pay the difference. Archa Glad Acres LLC is not responsible for injury, product loss, spoiled birds, downtime, delays, or damage caused by use of the equipment.
